usually people ask before using someone others work !!!! there are enough free stock pictures around, so why taking mine non stock pictures ?
does anyone care about copyright anymore ?

Your copyright was not violated, I used this for a class project I gave you full credit, and you enabled your work to be downloaded. I do not plan to sale this at all it was merely an exercise which demonstrated, to my instructor, what my makeup art can be used for. Anything that I sale I use my own stuff. I have NOT violated any copyright laws with a student project and as for ask first, I was on a deadline and did not have time enough to ask. And above all, I gave you credit. I am sure I am not that only one who has taken your images when they are easily downloadable and no watermarks attached, possibly have even made prints of your work with that download. I do not enable prints to be sold on here so that you don’t have to worry about, and I post on here just to document my work. I am very surprised that anyone would make such a big deal about a student’s work. But I guess people are always unpredictable. Sorry for your inconvenience but I am not stealing your work in any shape or form.

i don't do stock pictures, and this ridiculous "free download" check box should be disabled by default !
that's what i will do now, deleting most of my gallery and unchecking that ridiculous check box !

You don't need to delet your gallery to disable the free downloads you can do that by editing each image. Unless you're just wanting to delete them. Whatever you deside. Personally if I were you I would have been greatful to the artist for considering my work to include in their study. But that's just me.

i basically never say no if someone asked me to use it, but i'm getting tired of seeing my pictures everywhere on the net without being informed of even on places i don't want them to be online !

Ok. I get that but here is my advise to you. If you do take down all of your work from DA and you haven't copyright them professionally then techinally you won't have that proof. So I am not sure how to do it cause I've never done it but you may be able to put them in storeage.... I've seen others doing that. See if that is possible.
