Because the pictures of the my last trip to this big bad machine weren't so good .. i decided to go back and had the company from 3 really great urbexer and a relaxing and interesting morning :)

the big wheel on this gas power machine is around 11meters of diameter .. and you only can see the part outside of it, it was one of the biggest from europe for some time .. it is a really huge and wonderful machine, and probably one of the last of that type still existing !

This reminds me of Edward Scissor hands at the begin of the movie. Very awesome! Any idea if that large wheel type thing spins or what it's function?

oh yeah haven't seen Edward scissor hands for an eternity, will have to watch it again :)
it spins .. it's the flywheel of this giant ancient electric power producing machine.

i don't know the technical specs of that machine and they are hard to find but if one day i should stumble over more infos i will write them under the picture .. or load up another shot of the machine with the specifications as text :)
